Contexte :

The Clichy Batignolles Mixed Development Zone (ZAC) in the 17th arrondissement of Paris is rapidly changing and expanding.

At the heart of this project, “lot 08” is one of the main building sites lined up.

The Bouygues Bâtiment IDF HAR operation consists of three 50 m high buildings comprising several housing programmes with large terraces or balconies:

  • 80 controlled-rent housing units constructed on behalf of Vilogia
  • 153 social housing units constructed on behalf of Elogie and Batigère
  • 114 housing units built by Nexity, including 72 free housing units and 42 housing units sold for use as rented social housing on behalf of PERL

The project will also accommodate the culture and leisure centre of the new Clichy-Batignolles neighbourhood, consisting of a set of ground floor shops and a 1000 m² community centre built for Paris City Council, comprising in particular a concert hall and a 7-screen cinema (1198 seats), a genuine living place offering meeting areas and cafés.

This project is intended to be entirely digital and Kaliti was selected by Bouygues to monitor all phases of the construction work, from the structural works inspections through to the Acceptance/Completion Guarantee phase.

Delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.
