CMEG - Collège André Siegfried, Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc (76)

Contexte :

Opened in May 2016, the Collège André Siegfried was rebuilt on its existing site with a capacity of 900 students. Only one building was retained in the reconstruction operations. This was the school canteen built in 2002. However, this parcel was extended to the north by the addition of a plot with an area of approximately 4000 m² belonging to the municipality of Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc, giving a total area of 5,833 m².
The reconstruction of this school had to be carried out in line with a High Environmental Quality policy.
The 900 students can use 28 general-purpose classrooms, two physics and chemistry rooms and a science lab, three life and earth science rooms, four technology rooms, a computer room, two art rooms, two music rooms and a sports hall.
The total price of the project is 22 million Euros.

Kaliti worked with CMEG on this building site to assist them in the phases from land use ratio inspections through to Acceptance/Completion Guarantee.
